      Course Description

      健美操是伴隨著人類文明的發展而興起的一項新興的體育運動。它起源于傳統的有氧健身操,以有氧運動為基礎,以健、力、美為特征,融體操、音樂、舞蹈、芭蕾為一體,深受學生們的喜愛。本課程除了具有一般體育運動共有的鍛煉身體、增強體質、增進健康的作用外,對改善人的體形體態、提高韻律、審美能力及身體協調性有著特殊的作用。通過本課程的學習,旨在培養學生掌握健美操運動的基本知識、技術、技能,掌握科學鍛煉身體的方式、方法,接受終身體育思想,形成終身鍛煉身體的習慣;提高運動技術技能、審美能力及培養良好的體育道德和合作精神、正確處理競爭與合作的關系,培養創編能力、團隊精神和集體榮譽感等方面會起到重要作用。

      Aerobics   is an emerging type of sport that is rising along with the development of   human civilization. It is now quite popular with students as it stems from   the traditional aerobics, and is not only characterized by health, strength   and beauty, but also a combination of gymnastics, music, dance and ballet.   The goal of this course includes stimulating more involvement in physical   exercise and enhancing physical fitness, and more importantly aims to improve   body shape, sense of rhythm, aesthetic judgement, as well as body parts   coordination. This course helps students to master the basic knowledge,   technique and skills of aerobics, and to obtain the scientific methods of   physical exercise. The students are expected to form the lifelong fitness   ideology and daily routine of physical exercise. Moreover, it will play an   important role in improving sports technique and skills, aesthetic ability,   cultivating good sportsmanship and the spirit of cooperation, balancing the   relationship between competition and cooperation,as well as developing creativity, team   spirit and the sense of group honor.
